Judge Stephanie Saunter ordered the punishment last Wednesday following the New Yorker's most recent court appearance.
The judge was riled after discovering Lohan has failed to complete 480 hours of community service she was ordered to complete as part of her sentence for the theft of a gold necklace earlier this year.
While Lindsay was handcuffed and taken into custody she later posted $100,000 bail.

Speaking of the Playboy proposal, Lohan's spokesperson said: 'I can neither confirm or deny at this time.'

She reportedly split from Lou Taylor, who also manages Britney Spears, as he didn't have time to manage her and she required someone who could put more effort into her.
