A video showing Rhian Ramos and DJ Mo Twister having an intimate moment together is getting attention on YouTube. In the description panel, YouTube user “prinzericka,” who uploaded on December 21st the video entitled “RHIAN RAMOS and MO TWISTER their KISSING SCENE with TENDERNESS,” said it was recorded on Rhian’s laptop.

Update: The original video has been removed for violating YouTube’s “policy on nudity or sexual content,” but a similar scandal video is available here and here.

Rhian is reportedly taking a break from show business while Mo left for the United States amid issues relative to their controversial break-up.

Pauleen Luna is the new “first lady” of the noon-time variety show Eat Bulaga! as she and veteran comedian Vic Sotto are dating, a Philippine Star entertainment column reports. The report said the two are now officially an item, according to a source close to them.

“Yes, they are ‘officially’ an item as confirmed to Funfare by somebody close to them, that’s why you must have noticed some very subtle sweetness in the way they treat each other on Eat Bulaga,” PhilStar columnist Ricky Lo wrote.

The news drew mixed reactions primarily because of the wide age gap. Vic is 57 while Pauleen is only 23.

Some netizens in social networking sites commented that Vic, often called “Bossing” by his co-hosts, staff and fans, is “too old for Pauleen,” saying the latter is “almost his grand daughter by age” and the affair, if true, is “unthinkable.”

Another netizen asked “If you’re young and pretty, will you fall for this old man when there are lots of good looking young guys running after you? Oh come on Pauline!”

But the feedback is not all-negative.

A fan claimed he is very impressed that Bossing still managed to attract a girl as pretty and young as Pauleen despite his age.

The pro side, or those who are in favor of the relationship, also urged others to just respect Vic and Pauleen’s right to choose each other as boyfriend-girlfriend instead of becoming judgmental.

"i know you all have so many questions about what happened. i cant give any clear answers right now because I too am wondering how it all got here. I know i sold many of my things including computers that i had erased. apparently, someone "repaired" the erased files/hard drive and uploaded some personal files of mine. i feel terrible about it. i was supposed to leave for new york tomorrow but i'll stay until Monday, or later, in order to help clear or answer some of the questions, as well as investigate how someone may have retrieved my erased files. one thing is clear, i loved rhian very much and what we went through traumatized me, as other recent incidents have. ive been getting professional help to cope with the loss but i have now decided to try to heal outside of the philippines instead. im not sure how long that will be. in the meantime, please be patient with us. i'll stay as long as i can to help clear things. Talks about Maricar Reyes as the alleged third-party person in the controversial Piolo Pascual-KC Concepcion split are making rounds in social networking sites, entertainment websites and blogs recently. Several articles in various media are pointing to the actress as the real reason why Piolo and KC have broken up.

A tabloid report cited a network insider as its source. The insider told an entertainment writer that TV host Boy Abunda saw Maricar and Piolo dating in an ‘exclusive place’, the report said.

Maricar is Piolo’s co-cast member in the upcoming ABS-CBN primetime television series “Padre De Pamilya.”

According to the report, Abunda called them but both ignored him. Apparently, the TV host personally told KC what he saw. KC made public her break-up with the actor over the weekend.

Bloggers and netizens, however, find the story dubious, saying with suspicion that it might have been merely “fabricated to divert the issue for damage control.”

Ngayon, puwede nang sabihin na kaya lumipat si Gabby Concepcion sa TV5 ay dahil kay Vic Del Rosario of Viva Films, who is now co-managing  him.

Naengganyo si Gabby sa magagandang projects na ini-offer sa kanya ng Kapatid Network, tulad ng PS I Love You, mapapanood na sa Lunes (Nov. 21), pagkatapos ng Glamorosa. Gusto ni ni Gabby gumawa ng  makakabuluhang projects worthy for his comeback.

But rumors are persistent, by next year, magiging Kapatid na rin si Sharon, so, may possibility na magkasama na rin sina Shawie at Gabo sa isang project under TV5 na hindi nagawa ng Kapamilya.

“May offer talaga ang TV5 kay John Lloyd, but I’m not at liberty to disclose the exact amount. Pero sa isyung ginamit lang ni John Lloyd ang TV5 para magpataas ng presyo sa ABS-CBN, I cannot comment on that kasi wala akong alam d’yan. We are not forcing naman anyone to be a Kapatid. Basta we would like to work with stars who would like to work with us,”say pa ni Mr. Perci.

Hindi rin siya makapag-comment nang diretso tungkol sa balitang paglipat ng Star For All Seasons na si Gov. Vilma Santos sa TV5.

“All I can say, gustung-gusto ng TV5 na makatrabaho si Gov. Vi. Naghahanap pa kami ng magandang project para sa kanya kasi ýun ang ibinigay na kundis-yon sa amin ni Vi. Dapat maganda ang project. I don’t think makakagawa ng soap si Vi dahil super-busy siya sa work niya as Batangas governor. We are even willing to hold the tapings sa Batangas mismo para hindi na siya aalis pa du’n, pero mukhang hindi pa rin uubra,” kuwento pa ni Perci.

“Praybeyt Benjamin,” dubbed as the hard-core comedy of the year, has raked in P110 million on its first 4 days of screening according to reports.

According to Star Cinema, the movie has raked in P110-million in ticket sales from its opening day last October 26 up to last Saturday, October 29, 2011.

Vice Ganda, the lead star of the movie, thanked the moviegoers who made his movie a box-office hit in less than a week.

“Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat ng hindi nagpakabog sa pila ng Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin. Bonggang-bongga blockbuster hit. Patuloy pa rin ang mga taong pumipila kaya nagpapasalamat ako,” he said.

The comedian also announced that more theaters were added nationwide to accommodate expected demand for the long holiday weekend.

“Sa SM pa lang kanina, yung SM Cinemas nag-tweet na 100 cinemas na ang binuksan nila. SM pa lang iyon. Sa buong Pilipinas, 10,000 cinemas na po ang nakabukas ngayon. Maa-accomodate na kayong lahat,” he added.

A shooting incident was rendered inside SM City Pampanga. A 13-year old boy shot his 16-year old Girlfriend with a 0.22 caliber and declared himself "brain dead".

The security missed to detect the 0.22 caliber due to its small size. In fact, this gun has a similar size of a cellphone so it's really hard to detect this minute gun with a simple frisk. After the incident, the investigators found a suicide note indicating hatred and jealousy. The suspect also made a white t-shirt filled with scribbles of extreme hatred and pain; and he wore it during the said incident.

Both victims are now dead according to reports. The 13-year-old boy was declared dead before 3 p.m., while the 16-year-old girl died at around 11 p.m.September 21, after their respective families decided to have their life support tube removed. Both their vital organs will be donated.

MANILA, Philippines - The recent press gathering promoting Tanduay Rhum Rockfest Year 5 was somewhat marred by how one of its endorsing figures responded to a lady TV reporter’s question.

Ex-Eraserheads drummer and Sandwich frontman Raimund Marasigan, who was at the presidential table during the formal Q&A between media personnel and artists/Tanduay representatives, slighted Laila Chikadora of TV5 when he responded to her casual query about his description of the said Rockfest as being not like what is seen on noontime shows.

Marasigan, apparently felt being intrigued about his earlier comment, replied, “Ang sabi ko lang talagang rock show ang makikita nila sa Tanduay Rockfest, hindi tulad sa noontime shows na may mag-i-introduce tapos lalabas ‘yung performer. Wala akong sinasabing mali sa noontime shows, ikaw ang nagsabi niyan.”

The last line, obviously uttered in a tone of sarcasm, prompted the other artists to cheer probably for its swiping nature, causing Laila to blush and find herself in a discomforting situation. She did try to salvage the moment by remaining jolly the way she has been known among presscon people. She somehow retaliated by saying, “Ganun na ba ito? Batuhan!”

Some of the press members who witnessed the scene agreed that Raimund’s remark was uncalled for. Laila, a lady at that, was not in attack mode while on the mic. Likewise, it’s the job of every reporter, regardless of gender, to ask intriguing questions in order to get possible angles for story requirements.

Laila would later say in a private conversation with other media personalities, “Alam ko napahiya ako dun. Pero after ng presscon, I realized wala akong dapat ikahiya. It only showed how brute he was.”

Raimund’s supposed wit actually couldn’t hide his insinuation in devaluing noontime shows when he claimed that the Tanduay Rockfest is what a rock show should be. Laila even mentioned that colleague Lhar Santiago of GMA 7 was likewise interested that he elaborated on his statement.

Considered by many as one of today’s Pinoy rock torch bearers, Raimund was in the shadow of the more prolific singer-songwriter Ely Buendia during his time with Eraserheads. After the breakup, he developed a reputation as a bandleader playing in various acts like Pedicab, Cambio and Project 1, among others.

Rumors have it that his alleged bitter appreciation of the press is a result of how he has been viewed by music critics who believe he’s not as talented as how he is perceived by music fans and band scene associates. A reporter professed to having heard from a former label executive that Raimund is an example of what an overrated musician-performer is.

The Rhum Rockfest Year V, bannered by Parokya Ni Edgar, Kamikazee, Wolfgang, Chicosci and Raimund’s Sandwich, is scheduled to take place at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds tomorrow, Oct. 14, at 5:30 p.m. until daybreak.

It was former policeman Larry Martin who took home the grand prize which include 1 Million Pesos cold cash, a condo unit from DMCI homes, a Vespa scooter, a 40" inch Sony Bravia Internet TV, P100,000 worth of salon services, Whirlpool appliances, and a lifetime Fitness First membership. King, 36, lost a whooping 101 lbs which is 39.61% of his weight before entering the "The Bigggest Loser: Pinoy Edition" camp, beating the weight loss percentages of other finalists. He will be gracing the November 2011 issue of the Men's Health magazine.

The rest of the Top 5 finalists (Fab 5) of the first "The Biggest Loser" Philippines were also given P500,000 each, a surprise announcement made by ABS-CBN chairman and CEO Eugenio Lopez III at the Finale.

One contestant, Ryan Razon, was also hailed as the At-Home winner after attaining the highest total weight loss percentage among the contenders who were already evicted from the camp. He won P200,000.

The longest-running “Showtime” Hurado, Ryan Bang, was voted out of the show on Saturday. “Showtime” hosts, especially Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis, ended up in tears as Bang bid goodbye to all the friends he made in the past 48 weeks.

Moved by the emotional episode, “Showtime” Hurado Dimples Romana selflessly offered her seat to Bang.
