A shooting incident was rendered inside SM City Pampanga. A 13-year old boy shot his 16-year old Girlfriend with a 0.22 caliber and declared himself "brain dead".
The security missed to detect the 0.22 caliber due to its small size. In fact, this gun has a similar size of a cellphone so it's really hard to detect this minute gun with a simple frisk. After the incident, the investigators found a suicide note indicating hatred and jealousy. The suspect also made a white t-shirt filled with scribbles of extreme hatred and pain; and he wore it during the said incident.

Both victims are now dead according to reports. The 13-year-old boy was declared dead before 3 p.m., while the 16-year-old girl died at around 11 p.m.September 21, after their respective families decided to have their life support tube removed. Both their vital organs will be donated.
